Were you getting a "141 - Fuel system "lean" with high flow demand" code? I do have an exhaust leak that I cannot find, that seems to be originating around the passenger side exhaust manifold flange area. I had the exhaust manifolds bead blasted and the mounting surfaces resurfaced, so they are crack free and should be sealing. Seems to mostly go away after the engine has warmed up, but is always there. Wondering if it's coming from one of the bolt holes for the bracket mounts on the front of the head.
Note the 513 code could also be low battery voltage.
141 just means the engine is running lean. Most of the time this is low fuel pressure.
As for the 338 code:
DTC 338 indicates the engine has not reached the normal operating temperature or the system is not heating. The cooling system is not properly controlling the engine temperature.
Possible causes:
-- Thermostat stuck open.
-- Water outlet gasket leak.
-- Water pump gasket leak.
-- Head gasket leak.
-- Heater hose leak.
