I can imagine so, I figure its best to make life count while you have the time rather than regrets of a life not lived.
Some pass and its said that " They lived life to the fullest" even if they were young.
I guess the key is make all moments count, and live the best life you can with the time you have.
Once I heard someone say.. You could live 100 years and not live as much as that young man did in his short life.
That gives me the impression that he had found the key to making the moments in life count.
I get too caught up in the mundane routine of work, eat, sleep, repeat. Looking back on the last 3 years or so, I see a pattern of mindless work, which I have not passion for, and sometimes experiencing little glimpses of what life could be, but don't know how to get there.
My Dad died somewhat suddenly, but he died happy. He got to do the things he wanted to do, even when he was encouraged to do something different, for example his diet. He loved food, and wasn't going to let anyone tell him not to overeat. I guess one could say he also found the key to making the moments count.
