Well the good news is that fitting is not broken and not leaking.
I isolated the oil rail from the stand pipe when I took that braided line off and plugged the end of the stand pipe while I put air into the top of the HPOP. I still hear gurgling from below the HPOP on the driver's side.
Tonight I will pull the HPOP back out and look for a pinched or blown O-ring.
Was the IPR powered ? If not it will vent to the crank case.
That said you might still want to replace the O-rings. Use
the ones from Ford not the aftermarket junk.
