i have a cab that has rust up in the roof of the cab, not accessible to a sander to clean the rust, if this rust is left alone then it will continue to grow, what about dipping it? what are everyone's thoughts on how to stop the rust in every nook and cranny?

IMHO, you definitely don't want to leave it......there are a couple steps of solution.....the wire brush attachments on the dremel tools work very nicely for removing light surface rust in hard to reach places, then use a rust converter which will neutralize, seal and kill this off......but with one recommendation....visit your local auto paint supplier to make sure the brand that you purchase is compatible with the paint you are going to be using.
If the spray acid cant get into the area then the Eastwood inside frame spray with long hose is the way to go.
I have used it on a hood between the frame & skin on the inside as I find they are not treated from the factory and rust from the "inside" out.
The 81 F100 hood I am working on now I removed the skin from the frame to fix a dent and treat rust with the acid. This hood is the better of 2 (so I thought) as the other had rust holes by 1 of the hinge mounts. When I started cleaning & treating this hood I found some little holes by the same hinge area.
