2003 Expedition Keyless Remote Issues...

Hi Lewis. Happened to see this come across my email. No I never did get it working. I tried everything I mentioned above and once I realized it may be a VSM issue I just stopped and have been dealing with it. Of course when I mentioned the remotes weren't OEM and ordered through Amazon, both Ford and a local locksmith said they could be defective. I don't know about that. I'd love to get it fixed, the rig is still going strong, just afraid what the dealer would say cost wise. It probably wouldn't be worth it to me. My other thought was to take it into a stereo dealer in town that installs aftermarket products like keyless entry and remote start and get his take. Having him install an aftermarket system would most likely be A LOT cheaper than having Ford fix the OEM system. I'll message him now and let you know his thoughts.
