There are several threads going around right now about the cold side intercooler pipes - including one thread that is mislabeled "hot side...". Look around for those threads and see the recommendations and experiences.

Edit: Thought I would post a link to one of the threads. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...oler-tube.html

Thanks Doug, I saw them earlier.
Appreciate the link. Curiosity, Have you replaced yours? Is so which kit/brand did you use?

If that's a typo and you are asking if I've replaced mine, I have not. I know several though who have replaced theirs within the last few weeks. Many are going with the Rudy's kit from Amazon.

Doug, yes it was a typo, I fixed it.
I took mine back to the dealer where I bought the truck. They replaced the cooler pipe and hoses, with a new assembly, at no cost.

It was an emissions warranty item. I was pleasantly surprised!

Glad they got you fixed up, and thanks for the follow-up.

Any news on the original issue with the electronics?

Doug,
Nothing new. The truck hasn't acted up since the last time in my driveway when I was able to take video of it.

I have a few days where I'll be able to spend some time under the dash looking at the grounds and that plug above the park brake mechanism.

Mine was starting to act goofy on a more frequent basis, so I finally took it loose from the mount above the brake assembly to hopefully relieve some of the stress that was always on the plug. I haven't had any issue since then, and that has been several weeks. I hope that trend continues.
