It's the Thrift Savings Plan and it's like the military's answer to the 401 K. They have a Roth option (after tax's) and a plan where you pick a year lets say 20 years from now and they pick the investments. Aggressive at first and then more conservative as you get closer to retirement. No fees, very good returns and you can't withdraw till your 60.
