is my idm bad

I have a 7.3 driverside dead on the middle pin on passenergy side it's 1.2 on the driver side it's 4.4 it has code 1293 hight side bank 2 the in advance btv replaced vc omed injectors

Harness or IDM most likely. Check the plug on the driver's side inner fender liner, and the plug on the IDM, make sure they are fully seated and not corroded. At least the IDM is easy to get to.
