Actually the right front wouldn’t let go. It was pulling hard right. Thought I had a flat tire.

Hood and lift gate struts were tired. In cold weather they would either barely hold the appendage up or let it creep down until I hit my head. Of course it’s hot out now so that’s not a problem. I just stumbled upon the Rock Auto box from the order I placed in January. Installation was a snap. Just make sure to hold it up when you pop a strut off.
