EBPV

Does anyone know where I can get an ebpv other than being directly from ford?

If you understand how to bend tubing, you can buy brake tubing of the same outside diameter to replace the tubing, if it is rotted out or so clogged that it cannot be cleaned.

Let's clarify what is being looked for here. He has asked for an EBPV, not the tubing or a sensor. I never heard anyone ask about replacing the EBPV yet.

I'm looking for the actuator for it that goes into the pedestal. Might just delete it if I can't find it. Probably cheaper to do that anyway.

OK, you're looking for the EBPV solenoid. I'd recommend Ford or Riffraff or DieselOrings if they have it. If you're going to delete it you should also do it properly with a delete pedestal, sooner or later the thing will leak oil.

You can use a 470 ohm 1/2 Watt resistor like some of us have and achieve the same results. They are about $1 and serve the same purpose.

I did this last year when I deleted the EBPV.

When I delete the ebpv do I need to get the non ebpv pedestal?

I didn't. My situation was a little different, the pedestal I have is brand new so I wasn't worried about it leaking for a while and I already spent my wad on other parts. I left the solenoid connected so it doesn't throw the code.
