I can't answer your question BUT as a wise man said a penny wise vs. pound foolish.
I don't think stroking a 360 to a 390 is money well spent. If your going to stroke do a 445 kit. That's my plans...eventually.
There is a stamp on the crank that'll tell you what it is, but I don't know it.

390 crank will me marked "2U". Maybe #3 counterweight. If you go with a higher lift than stock cam you should go with the matching springs from the same manufacturer.
