SIAP ( LOL 150+ posts) but has a date been set that Ford will accept orders and actually start building.

Thats funny. I was wondering which we'ld see first. 1000 ft lbs. torque ,or 100k price. Seems like a race to each. Cant wait to see what the "limited" is going to come in at. Hope i can get one. Since its "limited"

Wish they'd bring back the Harley Davidson editions, those were Bad Azz and hold their resale value very well

For The sake of the 2018 SRW heavy towing crowd, I hope Ford finally bumps the max F350 SRW GVWR by 800# to at least match the 12,300# Ram rating.

No changes for the SRW trucks that I can see. Ram still has the lead there with 12.3 on the long beds and 11.7 on the SB.

Major changes, no I didn't expect any. However I did expect them to at least have the same changes as the 150 especially the ones related to the cab they share like say the B&O stereo, and the 4G hotspot capability. For the truck I want to order it got worse and no better, they removed the lighted platinum on the door sills which was very nice IMO.

Guess I will wait to see when the 2019's will launch, I can wait a bit more, but this 2018 guide is super disappointing.

As an engineer working in product development I know too much to buy a first model year, 2017 is just not going to happen...

It might be a misprint, but it looks like they are downgrading the wheels on the platinum also.

Also looks like you can now get a 2wd platinum for the first time

I wish I knew why Ford does this. (You know how much this irritated me after waiting nearly a year to buy the 2017 F350 SRW - I sure do like my F450 though!)

What did you order and where were you able to obtain pricing?

Also, what was your estimated delivery date?

The F150 has been out now for over 3 years and needed a refresh. With the 17 only being out for less then a year, I didn't expect to see all these changes yet. Ford is slowly rolling them into the vehicles (B&O). I wouldn't be surprised if you don't see it till the refresh in another couple years.

There is no ETA. Scheduling doesn't even begin until 10/19 which means no VIN till around there. Any guessing by a dealer would be just that at the moment, a pure guess.
