Well, I didn't do the vacuuming today, but I did get the trash out. Will do vacuuming tomorrow after church I guess. Unless I can talk myself out of it again. LOL

Anytime I want the carpets vacuumed I just snap my fingers and tell the wife to "get to it" and it gets done.

Spring is here in full force Tim, I'm just waiting for the snow on the Easter Eggs.

Lunch break while at work trying to get this project ready to bid.

While I didn't do an vacuuming, I did spend the morning yesterday mowing the "yard". If you saw our "yard" you would understand why I put it in quotes.

Don't dye the eggs, that way they're much easier to hide when the snow covers them.

This is funny. I just checked my mail today since I have been gone most of the day, and I received my 2018 tags, and registration from the DMV, but also a letter from the Housing authority. I figured it was their confirmation that I wanted an informal hearing regarding my portion of the rent being increased. Nope. Silly me, they sent me a letter telling me my pre-application for the Fresno County Housing Choice voucher (what they used to call section 8) has been randomly drawn from the waiting list, and the first step in the process, is to submit a background check. They also made an appointment for me on the 30th of this month to turn in said background check. Um...excuse me... I have already been approved, and enjoying my second year on the program. I guess the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Then again, this is a government agency we are talking about here.

Happy humpeth day Nor Cal. Had a storm warning yesterday in Mariposa County and Merced County. They were reporting ping pong ball size hail.
Glad I don't live there. Today the weather guessers are stating we will get PM showers. Since we got no rain yesterday, (the Mariposa storm was heading north northeast) I will wait to see if we get any today.

We got another 3" of rain for Monday, Tuesday, and through 9AM this morning. It appears to be letting off, so it may be the last of it until Friday when I hear the poop is going to hit the fan (again).

We had about an hour of rain here, but not steady, it was on and off sprinkles. Supposed to get another storm on Friday also.

There was a stabbing at the apartment complex next door to the west of us. I was not home most of the day, and found out about it on the news. I came home about 20 mins ago and the CSI team and two marked Police cars are still there. The guy was stabbed multiple times, and died at the hospital according to the news report. They are looking for the suspect. I am not worried, just interesting that it happened so close to me. The apartments are rundown and a lot of squatters like to hang out there.
