For a '66 F100 or a '66 F250 2wd, no it is not. they had the "sweep" speedometer when ordered with the Custom Cab package. As for '66 f250 4X4's, I don't think so as mine never had it. F350's and up? Maybe, but I don't know.
I think they were mostly used on '61 to '64 F100 and f250 2wd custom cabs but somebody should be along shortly to give you the exact answers.
If you have the round type cluster than you can use it. If you have the sweep style, commonly on 65-66 f100's, than this item will not look right, nor sit right.
Post a picture of your dash. Also a picture of your ID tag on your door.
All information can be deciphered and you'll know weather or not you have a custom cab or not. That being said, your truck must also have the round type cluster.

I have one that I assume is it for a sweep Speedo. it is stainless steel with no Custom Cab. not sure how switch holes it has though. I am getting ready to sell this and a lot of other 61-66 and 67-76 parts. let me know of you want pictures. I recently had a stroke so my wife says start getting rid of my stash.
also keep in mind the 65-66 dash bottom where the column mounts is round notched as they moved the column up for room...if it was me i would make a piece to close the round gap, and trim it on the bottom...65-66 dash has always looked naked to me...
