Factory dash cluster options
In both my 65 and 66 I have a round dash cluster similar to the early Bronco style. They are both 4x4 custom cab trucks. F100 and F250. I've seen another style of dash cluster with the speedo horizontal and gauges on either side. Was this an option or part of a specific package? Or was it only available in 2x trucks?

Parts catalog applications for the sweep speedo 10838 bezel: 65/66 F100/250 (81B - 4 x 2)
2008 F100 SuperNationals 3 day Truck Show & Swap Meet held in Knoxville TN .. There was a 1966 F100 4WD Custom Cab with the chrome steel round cluster bezel.

I pulled a sweep speedo out of a '66 F100 4X4 at the junkyard. It could have been swapped, but none of the wires had been hacked or spliced like you would have to do when converting to make the turn signal indicator work correctly.
