As long as Chase can run well, and finish the race, I will be happy. The suite looks awesome, you may not want to leave when you get back to port.
Just a little thing, but found an extension for the antenna, and now can listen to the actual radio instead of just the CD player. It doesn't take much to make me happy.
I am surprised Jr did so well as long as he was out of the car. All this new rules going to be interesting. I guess if thethe crash and go the garage they are done.
My Egt gauze starTed acting up on the way home frof the land. Always something
I don't think that I am going to like the three segments like the All Star race in Charlotte. Nascar said that fans complained the races were too long was why they started making races shorter. Now they are adding two intermissions.
The new breed of drivers and fans need nap time and diaper changes. I d9 have to admit the follow the leader racing was getting old. This new breed cold not make it like Petty, Earnhardt, Pearson, Waltrip and all the other greats. They probably not even turn the wheel on manual steeking car
Helping install a transmission in a 740 dump truck, I feel like I have been beat up.
I'm going to wait and see how the new format works out. It may be good and not keep some of the drivers from laying out in the back in the pack for most of the race.
Yes the room is really nice. My daughter is super excited about going to the Bahamas for her birthday next year. Another special memory for her to reflect on later on in life.
We installed the cab back on the truck yesterday. Not sure which was worse, the transmission or the cab. Have an A/C leak somewhere but should have it finished up by lunch. They have another transmission job waiting to come in, oh joy. At least we are in a bay and don't have to worry about the rain.
Planning on staying where I'm at for now till a least December, maybe a little longer. Hope the work drought ends soon and there is no overtime until business picks up. They expect March/April we will be overloaded with work. I will rack up on the overtime over the summer then I will find something a lot closer to home to keep the vacation money rolling in.
I am ahead on that, just slowed a little since they cut off any over time. Once I can get overtime again I am going to make up for the slow time. Heading to Albany New York tomorrow morning to drive mom in-law back to Georgia.
Thanks Bob,
Flying in early and picking up the U-Haul trailer on the way back to the house. Packing her stuff in there Friday afternoon and then taking off back home early Saturday morning.
Sounds good, we will see how the execution works out.
