89 f350 ignition problems!!!

My truck was having ignition problems... would lose power to the stereo and other random dash lights. It would also stall randomly when changing gears or if the key was knocked even slightly...
So, I started poking around (with the battery still attached, like an idiot) and found that the ignition switch was loose. while trying to seat it properly it crossed a connection, there was a burning popping sound in the engine compartment... ... now nothing!
I've replaced the solenoid switch, the key lock cylinder, the main relay (EEC) fuse, and tested the ignition switch itself for continuity (which it has).
Someone Please Help!!! I dont know what to do next...
afterthought:
when I check for voltage at the main ignition plug (wire harness that goes into the switch), at the two larger yellow wires I only read 2-3 volts per... ...
check the fuseable links at the fender mount starter relay, it sounds like you popped the ignition power link.
also closely check the ignition switch on the top of the column in the area above the brake pedal. it sounds like the switch separated and you need a new one.
the switch is a two piece design with a plastic upper and aluminum lower. over time the plastic separates from the aluminum piece resulting in the symptoms you are seeing.
