Student rebate doesn't arrive in the mail, you just bring a copy of required docs to the dealer.
Proof of enrollment status in a minimum of 2 classes or 6 credit hours (i.e. copy of current class schedule, copy of term grade report, letter from the college/university/trade school registrar's office stating student is currently enrolled and in good academic standing, etc.).
OR
- For those students between terms (i.e. summer semester/vacation) or recent high school seniors entering their first term in college in the fall of 2016, proof of prior or future term enrollment (see examples above). Letters of Intent will be accepted for incoming college freshmen) Letters of Intent are only valid for no more than 6 months.
OR
- Copy of diploma.
OR
- Letter from the college/university/trade school registrar's office stating graduation date and type of degree earned.
OR
- Copy of final transcript confirming graduation date and type of degree earned.
I took in proof of Masters degree and they filled out some form and said I will receive check in mail for $500. I assumed it was a rebate taken off price of truck but they told me otherwise.
Oh, I'm sorry I misunderstood. Did you take it as cash back? It can be a few weeks. The dealership has to process it and then Ford has to process it. The dealer can check status for you, if it's been less than 2 weeks I would just wait though.

Cash back, yes. It actually came in the mail today, so about 5 weeks in total.
