Hypothetically speaking, what stops someone from joining programs that offer incentives/rebates/customer cash and using them all at the same time?
For example, you could use the current $1,000 cash back, $500 AQHA membership, $500 for the Georgia Farm Bureau, $500 student rebate, ect? I'm thinking I am eligible for a solid $2,500 in rebates right now...

As long as the offer can stack there is no problem using multiple offers. We used the $1,000 cash back, $750 EAA rebate and $500 student rebate.
With programs like X-Plan, do you have to tell the dealer you are a member before you order or can you present it on delivery? I am not an X-plan member, but thought about joining if its beneficial. I just have a small deposit on my order with no price negotiated yet on my new truck. They did give me a price range on my trade in 2013 SD which will be dependent on mileage once my truck arrives. Probably not the best negotiating tactic in the world to not have a price set at order, but...

From what I understand, the order is submitted as an X-Plan. That being said, I told my Dealer I was X plan, and he agreed, but never asked for my pin..I'm not sure if they don't like doing Xplan because they make less money, but I personally don't care as long as I get the cheapest price.
Also, you must be a member of EAA or The Mustang Club of America for 60 days before you can use a pin, per Xplan policy. That being said, with EAA, you can generate a pin instantly, as soon as you sign up.
You can use some offers combined, I think. I only saw one $500 offer that said that it couldn't be combined or used with other offers, including Xplan. But the X plan website tells you that you are still eligible for other offers, on top of Xplan.

Dealer's are not required to participate in X-plan pricing. So, if you order a truck and then ask for X-plan pricing when its delivered, you may be rolling the dice since they could state "we don't participate in that pricing strategy."
That being said, i shopped at several dealers and the first question I asked was "Do you accept X-plan pricing?" All did and it was never an issue.
Also, I remember reading in the X-Plan fine print that you are suppose to tell your dealer up front that you are planning on using X-Plan. Don't know if that's something they really enforce.

You're absolutely right. I did tell my sales guy, and he said was an X plan price, but never asked for a Pin, and my DORA says retail order..... Like I said, dunno if they are yanking me around or not, but I don't care, as long as I get the best price.

Same for me. Told them I had my PIN, they said it wasn't needed at the time of order. They said they would take care of that when we do all the paperwork after the truck is delivered. Fine with me. I have a print out of the Build and Price with X-plan pricing that was used when we ordered the truck. If the numbers don't match at delivery, I guess we'll have to sit down and have a discussion.
