Belated good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Made it to Roseburg and got checked into the hotel around 1700. We were here long enough to get the suitcase out of the car and then started making the rounds visiting with friends. Just getting back to the hotel.
Memorial Service starts tomorrow afternoon, but we will be down at our friends place (more like a sister) around noon helping her set up and get things ready.

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Sitting in the hotel room here in Roseburg getting ready to go to breakfast. They have a full breakfast at the hotel as part of the room price. Same hotel (Best Western Garden Villa) that James Garner and the other movie stars stayed at when they were filming the movie here quite a few years ago now.
Memorial service isn't until 1400, but we will be going over early to help her out. After the service and celebration of life, we will be heading for home.

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 47.6, overcast, but dry so far. Heavy dew on the ground around 0630, but it is drying out.
Was going to sleep in this morning, but the dogs had some other ideas. Left the dogs with the babysitter for the Roseburg trip. They were not happy campers and are definitely taking seeking their revenge......
