Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Thought I saw some sun outside. Not to worry, by the time I got outside it was gone. Seems like some major fog banks coming up off the beaches, coming our way and blocking the sun. At least it isn't raining for the moment.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Sun came out late this morning and it actually made it up to 57°.
Just got back from town a little bit ago. Had to go in and get a new grinder and some new Marine Flares. The ones I have expire this month. Was looking for a Series 27 battery box too. No one in town seems to have them. BiMart had a 24, but not a 27.
Got a bunch of stuff out of the old boat, but still have a bunch of stuff left to move. Got my Powerwinch 912 off the old boat trailer and got it installed on the 'new' trailer. Still have to mount the battery box and run the power.

Beautiful sunny day here today. 50 some degrees...Went for a walk with the wife.....then took care of some tractor club business. Grandsons are coming over tomorrow.....I'll sleep good tomorrow night....even with the time change...

Good soggy morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 42.9 and very wet. Was up around 0530 and took the dogs outside. When they came back in, they bypassed the food dishes and headed straight back into their beds. I figured they must know what they are doing so I followed them to my bed.
Going to have to take the USCG approved VSD Flares back to town next trip. Got home with them and when I was putting them in their floatable dry box, I noticed they expire in 11 months. Nonsense! The price of them is highway robbery anyway, but to have to pay full price for them when they only have 11 months left on their 48 month 'legal' time frame is just plain silly.
