Good evening everyone. Got my CRF450X back together after a carb cleaning and new float needle. Started right up. Getting ready to sell/trade it for a two stroke.
Belated good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Snow, cold, ice, just all around very pleasant out there.
Back from a day of Elk Hunting. Had dinner and hot coffee. Now I get to venture back out and pickup the warden at work.

I've been riding the two stroke we have at work more lately and really like it. Light weight, easy to maintain, cheaper to fix. My 450 is plated and I have been using it for dual-sport riding, but it's not very comfortable in the road for longer stretches, and I don't like it that much on the tighter trails either. I've also decided to take an indefinite break from street riding after my wife's 25 year old cousin died this year on his bike when a truck pulled out in front of him. Too many distracted idiot drivers out there.
It's been spitting snow off and on the last couple of days.......we have about a foot or so now...terribly slick and icy under the snow......15 degrees outside now....not supposed to warm up much for the next few days.
