Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Been sitting back and watching the inauguration pomp and circumstance this morning and listening to the rain.
Right about 0900 (1200 EST) the Warden reminded me it was garbage day and it was time for me to take out the trash since the garbage truck comes around 1000-1030 local...Ironic timing?

Hello Evan, it's been warming up here a little and the snow has dropped about 6 inches today despite it being foggy all day..

 

A bit warmer here to, but wetter as well.

 

There is a bit of a mist falling through the fog, we are supposed to get some rain mixed with snow later this evening which should help drop the snow some more..

Watched the ceremonies on TV and thought it was better than ever without the pompous Hollywood celebrities and with the everyday 4-H kids, farmers and tractors along with the everyday common High School and College kids marching bands.

 

Watching paint dry might have been better...lol

 

Naw, seeing those kids have a once in a lifetime experience and the way they were enjoying themselves was pretty good.

I didn't make it out to the shop today....spent it working on tractor club things in preparation for our first meeting of the year next weekend.

Why is it that things always break right when you are trying to sell them? My bike's carb decided to start leaking out the overflow and doesn't want to idle right. Time to take it apart and clean it out. New float needle is $30! And a couple new o-rings is $30 more!
