When I picked up my 2020 before Christmas the dealer said they had never had anyone order the vinyl floor specifically. I love it and I think more people would too once they saw it in person.
I had to order off pictures and advise from the Forums, not a common option around here. When I ordered the Sales Man had recently sold a special ordered truck with it and he thought it was a nice option, so the uncommon thing could change.

I saw it the first time as on option when you build the truck online. Seemed to make sense to me, like I have said before who wants carpet in a truck? Most people I spoke with said it was not possible to do!
OK Thanks - I was looking for the trim level for the pictures in your post. Seems like there's a difference in the flooring depending on the trim level at least according to the 2022 Ordering Guide. "XLT and Lariat replaced with black flooring" KR and up "Vinyl Flooring replaces carpet flooring". So your post #46 would be for the 2017 F-350 Lariat?

Post #46 is not his post. Post #46 does however say, "pics of carpet delete on my 2020" and appears to be a Lariat with Tremor package.
I actually did this about 3 weeks ago to my 2019 CC XL STX. It has the fold down middle seat. If it had the full center console I might have passed on doing it. I love having the vinyl in there! I ordered from Tasca. Cost was around $650(?) with shipping. It dropped in perfectly except for the invertor under the rear passenger seat. No cut outs there for the mounting of the invertor. I just cut away that section on the carpet piece and traced it to cut it out. Looks like it came from the factory. I'll try and load some pics a bit later.

There's actually no difference. Go climb in an XL and a King Ranch with carpet delete - they're exactly the same. The "Premium vinyl flooring" verbiage is just marketing. Oh but the upper trim levels with carpet delete do get 2 sets of floor mats (all weather and carpeted).

I have wondered about this... Besides my own (2022) XLT with carpet delete, the only other truck I have been in with carpet delete was the (2020) XLT that I rented... both floors were the same. I have seen others state that even the Lariat is different (better) than that in the XL and the XLT, but looking at the photos of the Lariat carpet delete, they are exactly the same as what is in my XLT. Of course the higher trims actually charge you for the option, but like you mention, they also come with the floor mats. This has made me wonder if they are all the same material, but maybe the higher trims have different inlays other than "Ford" and "Superduty" and they only cost extra because of the "included" floor mats. Nothing says "premium" like paying a little extra! Oh, and of course, changing the wording too... lol!
They do change the wording for the same things though... whether this is to make one think one is "better than the other" or just simply because maybe someone else wrote it... I don't know. But, when I ordered mine I was confused about the under seat storage in the XLT Value vs the XLT Premium... turns out, they are the exact same thing, but they were worded different... The Value package simply says "Rear under seat storage" and the Premium package says "Lockable foldable storage." To me, this implied that the Value package underseat storage may not fold (which was important to me) or lock... BUT, if I got the the Premium package, it would definitely do these things! (Of course the Premium package is also packed full of chrome that didn't look good at all to me, but of course cost more... so I stuck with the Value package.)
So have you actually been in both and can confirm that they are the same?

Do you have the part number? Dealer here is looking at me funny when I asked.
This is the number that I used. And like I said the only adjustment I had to make was for the invertor cutout. Other than that it was a straight forward install.
