I am beginning to wonder (worry) that a specific issue is causing the missed ETA's It appeared as though they were hitting the ETA's, but now a group of early December builds is held up for some reason. Something not right with the trucks?

My truck was built Dec 10. It shipped on Dec 12 on TTGX988015. It has passed through a couple places in Illinois. I called CSX transportation but need to register to track it. Hopefully it is on the way to Texas. Dealer said it should arrive around Dec 30.

Build date was 12/03 with ETA of 12/25. Now Awaiting Shipment and no ETA. Has anyone been able to confirm there is an issue with these builds or some type of shipping delay? I saw post 24 about the engines, but nothing since. Has anyone been able to confirm?

I just got an ETA from chat...Jan 18. Wow. That's exactly one month after the original ETA and 6 weeks after the build date. Something must have been wrong with the truck.

my build date was 10-18-2016, ordered 3-30-16, November 3rd was my delivery date....still no truck or update....I'm really jealous that you guys are getting updated eta's

I also have an early Dec build date 6 Dec to be exact. Had an ETA of 21Dec. First one was 1 Jan and then 26 Dec then 21-26 Dec as of Friday the 16. Today I get an email that the new ETA is back to 1 Jan and could be the middle of the month. No reason for delay. It's only an ETA I was told, could be earlier or later..if there is a problem fix it before I get it.

This entire thing is making me uneasy. If there is a problem with the truck I ordered, I'm not ok with a "fix". I want one that is ok from the get go. I know if its repaired at the factory, or a part replaced, it should be all good. But it's kinda like buying something and finding out it was returned by someone else and put back on the shelf.

Mrkiller, your truck has been offloaded and awaiting transport to the dealer as of 5:49 PM today.
You can use CSX TouchTrace by calling 877-744-7279 option 5 then option 3. The initials of the car are the letter portion and the number is obviously the number.

Joining in on this thread also. Mine was built on 12/17 with an ETA of 1/7 (was 1/2 until yesterday, but according to chat it is in transit....hopefully that actually means it's enroute not waiting in the yard to be shipped.

I'm kind of paranoid to ask because I've been chastised for asking a repeat question by some but here it goes......A lot of guys keep talking about Ford Chat to track your truck. What is that or what is the website? I got on a Ford Chat website, entered my VIN and asked if my truck shipped yet. The response on the computer just gave me Ford Super Duty propaganda links.??? Am I missing something?
