Same Jim. You aren't alone, on FTE or in the sickness department.

The spouse thought she was getting sick on Friday, but Saturday it was all cleared up. I think it was finding a dusty corner in a back room that got her all choked up.

Made it through the night, however, I got almost zero sleep.Tossed and turned too much. Have a splitting headache now to go along with everything else.

I did get a $50 Winco gift card from church though to help my financial situation so that was good.

A little worried about my blood pressure though as the last time I checked it, it was 173 over 87, and it is supposed to be 120 over 80.

Not pulling an all-nighter by choice, haven't been able to sleep well since I got sick. When I was taking the grand kids to school, I would be in bed by 10pm too.

Same here. I have been up since 1:09AM. I maintained my steady diet of warm food and Tylenol and have been powering through it. Got the trucks block ready to send out.

So far so good burning oak. Of course there are bumps in the road like last night when I left the sliding glass door open after going out for firewood. It was a chilly 45* in the house this morning. Let's just say beers were involved.

The house is very well insulated and the fireplace works great. No complaints yet.

I guess we were all busy today! Not much ado in our thread. I think I am finally on the tail end of whatever sickness I was dealing with. How are all y'all doing?

I think I am over the hump as far as the cold is going, but I am not sure. Still feel terrible, but the headache has finally gone away.

You must have followed the rule: The fastest way to get rid of a cold is to give it to another.

BTW, I'm sick now...thanks.

It's either blame....errrr, give "credit" to....you or Dewd, LOL

Too bad asthma doesn't go away like a cold does. These wide weather shifts are wreaking havoc with mine, especially as the humidity goes up. This morning wasn't too bad, because we hit 30*

Take care all and have a good day.

If I can sneeze hard enough to send my germs a few hundred miles, I will consider that a superpower.
