Went well as far as I am concerned. This was my first time under the hood of any 6.0 and I think I got in pretty deep and with a couple minor issues it's running good. The tall and short oil cap was a hiccup, then not knowing to clean the IPR valve BRFORE you put it back together was another one and then the oil pressure sending unit went and that kind of caused a bit of confusion because I wasn't expecting that to go and after doing all that work , I just blamed myself. Without a manual or scanner it got done with the help of they guys here and diesel tech Ron (RIP) over on youtube. If I was to do it again I would still do it with the cab on too.

You will have to PM me if you want some info on how to get your hands
on a good IDS VCM2 clone.
Sean, I wish I had included some info on the availability of the IDS clones in that thread but at the time I didn't know about them. That post really could be edited some for other reasons like that water pump picture sneaking in there somehow but I can't get back into it.

I think it would take a mod to do any editing now.
The easy way would be to just add a post to update things
