I have always said I was gonna take mime to a million miles too but this had me wondering.

Stock is best, mine was a fleet truck with 7xx,xxx miles when I bought it and has had my mods in signature for over 100k, my heavy foot didn't help either on the longetivity.

Best tell us what you have already done to your truck....maybe a photo of truck & engine?
Lots of utube video's out there to show you how to change cups, injectors, etc.. but you better be mechanical minded....

I pull a 25 ft construction trailer with mine the only major stuff I have done is transmission and 4 injectors

id check the coolant and see what color the smoke is coming out, try not wait for the "wait to start" light to go off just put the key in and start it and if it gies you a hard time it might be our glow plugs

The smoke is kinda blue and real strong smelling. It is leaking out out of the top of the plastic coolant thing I can't think of the name of

It is completely stock. I have changed 4 of the injectors and the transmission.
