I have tried Ford Custom Order Tracking | ordertracking.ford.com several times and cannot get any results with my VIN number.
I can get updates through FORD CHAT -- but nothing through the Ford Order Tracking site. Is it working???
No cause for alarm. My truck already is or will be loaded on a semi in the next few days and COTUS still can't find anything. But ETIS popped up with some data about 3 or 4 days ago.

Basically COTUS is crap.
82nd, are you saying that you got no information on the system and its already built?
The COITUS site seems to recognize the order even if it does not produce results. Change any input character and the site rejects the information rather than fail to find any matching vehicle.
How long does it take to enter the information? I am down to less than 3 seconds after practicing this procedure for almost 5 months. I will probably go into shock if it ever produces any useful information. Chat says the site is still in beta and that is why it does not work for everyone. Well, Mr. Ford, the F-150 site has references to the beta site back 6 years. Must be waiting for wiring harnesses for the server from Mexico until they take can take it out of beta.
Keep in mind that ETIS is generally useless too with the exception of the "build date" populating. 30%+ of the options it lists will be wrong or indecipherable.

Nice to try and use useless sites
Thanks for the reply.
