Ford Order Tracking
Does the Ford Order Tracking web site work for Canadian orders? I have a S/N and build date from my dealer but when I enter the S/N the tracking site says there is no matching vehicle.

Try using wwwqa.cotus.ford.com. The other cotus site didn't work for me

Cotus has never worked for me. The ETIS site will give you an exact build day if you enter your serial number.
You can also go onto the Ford Canada Facebook page and send them an instant message. They are usually very quick about replying.

What a lot of people, not all, find is that until they get a VIN they cannot get a matching result. I go to ford chat ever 3 days, random I know, and ask them for a status update on my order. The chat agent I chat with has different database than what COTUS uses, or at least a different algorithm to search for the order. She said that she cannot see personal information and not sure why COTUS tries to match to a lastname as that is optional for dealers to enter, or spell correctly. However, once you get a VIN assigned and use your VIN to enter COTUS, then you still have a 50/50 chance of actually getting info from what I've heard.

I'm at the critical juncture of my order. The dealer says my build date has been moved up, and should be built any day. No sticker until the build starts.
I have a VIN, 1FT8W3BT4HED30619, but haven't been able to track through etis or cotus. Now I can't get into build and price. All build and price chat would give me was the build date. I'd like to have that warm fuzzy feeling that my order is correct.

If you didn't have ETIS here is all it shows, just the default placeholder for the build date.

Interesting, as my (Canadian) dealer had no way of knowing when the build date would be. (Or so I'm told) In fact, I've given him more information about my truck order than he has given me. 
Just keep entering your serial number on this page. Eventually it will show up.
