Morning all, cool and wet down here today. Only had 3 days of work this week but they've been long ones. Old equipment just keeps falling apart and keeps us busy as hell. On the bright side, I'm going to look at another truck this weekend.
Back to work next week, so trying to wrap up my moving plans today. Tough finding a place close to here on short notice that's not a dive, and the place I think I'm gonna pick doesn't go vacant until October. So I'll probably be sticking around here until then.
Tom - Maybe rent a camper? Any nearby campgrounds? Possibly with cabins?
I feel for you man and hope it all works out...
That's something I hadn't thought about. Unfortunately I can't find anything close by, which is a must because I'll still have to take my boys to daycare and school in the morning.
I haven't lived in an apartment complex in almost ten years, and I'm not real excited about it. Short 6-month lease though, and at the end of that I'll probably have a better idea of what I wanna do. Probably finding another house to rent of some sort. Not ready to sign a 12-month lease at the moment, so this is the best I can come up with.
