Good evening everyone!
Kind of a depressing way to spend my birthday looking at apartments. A week-and-a-half ago my wife informed me that she doesn't want to be married to me any longer. Sort of thought she'd cool off after a few days, but apparently not, and everything I've tried just pushes her farther away. She feels bad about it, but she's absolutely set in her mind.

Thanks, guys. We'll see where this leads, but over the last week I've worked myself into being okay with however things settle. We're both talking a lot, and nobody is getting upset, so if worse comes to worst I expect we'll be able to act like adults about everything.
I was looking for a place to go with a month-to-month lease, but not coming up with much of anything in the area.

Very sorry to hear about that. Nice to hear that you guys can at least talk and get along like adults. Makes everything easier especially when there is children involved. Maybe check into house rentals as well in the area. Might be something there for month to month or at least a shorter lease.
