I have a 1973 f-100 with a motorcraft 2100, 302, automatic transmission, and factory a/c. The radiator I have is leaking in 2, maybe three different places. It's leaking a ton. Should I try and see if my local radiator shop will patch it, or should I just buy a new radiator? If I buy a new radiator, should I go plastic or metal? Thanks for your help

Fixing that rad will probably cost at least half of a new one and it's prolly really old. Look into Champion aluminum radiators. Lotsa fellas in the Bump and Dent forums have used 'em.

Thank you, that's what I was looking for. And yeah, it's the stock copper, so it's super old. I don't think a patch would've worked anyway, I went out and looked again, found two more potential leak spots. I guess it's shot.
