Accel position senor... Since mines a L99, I can replace just that? Worth the **** out sick to OEM?

In some cases (ICP, CAM SENSOR, IPR), you really want to stick with oem. However, in this case, the Dorman should work fine. It's just a glorified rheostatl and is functionally no different than any other TPS that Dorman and others have been making for years.
I've had no problem with the Doramn APPS sensor that I have had for over a year.
Also, I'm not even sure Ford will sell you just a sensor. I think they want you to buy the whole pedal assembly.
Don't forget to check your IVS while you're there.
