I drove 5 hrs each way to spend a weekend in Chesnee, SC hanging with a bunch of guys
Was supposed to be 12 guys eating breakfast at Strawberry Hill; I show up and the next morning there was 32 people sitting together.
Definitely considering it though
Less than two weeks away. You gonna make it to the camping trip
I have a friend that is going to try and make the cookout portion of the weekend. I have another friend that may try to make the whole weekend. I will know more next week.
I have not opened this up to any of my riding buddies to try and keep this NCFTE oriented. I'm not sure we want to be overrun by a bunch of hooligans on dirty bikes.
Depending on my work load next week will determine when I can head out. I may be able to take the whole day off Friday. We'll see.
Ran the jeep up and down the road the other day. Man the brakes sure do suck on it right now. Not sure why, guess i need to pop the hood on her and check a few things!
This guy right here!!! LOL. I've done the no brake thing. Was coming up US 1 from Sanford in an 80 F150 (could have been an F100) and getting off on Wake Forest Rd\Falls of the Neuse Rd, and hit the exit ramp with no brakes, didn't realize it till I was on the ramp, and was in rush hour traffic. Thank fully it was a manual, and the light turned green, was able to coast it and pull into the walmart parking lot just a little ways up the road. So I'd rather not go through that again.
Oh and to top things off, I heard on the radio that Ford is considering a recall on the 15-16 F150 due to brake failure!
