I've had my Ex for 3 years now and have never been able to get the rear windows to open. I recently found out I was missing the fuse for them but as soon as I put in one and tried to open a window it blew. Anyone know why or how to fix it?

Did you try both windows or just one? If just one, I'd try putting another fuse in and trying the opposite window. If it opens, then there could be a short in the one circuit or a problem with the motor.
Either the wiring between the switch and the motor is shorted to ground, or the motor itself is bad. Start by unplugging the motor and then testing. If it still blows it's the wires, if not there's a good chance it's the motor.
I had this issue at first, turns out the motor was jammed up. I had a friend tap it with a screwdriver while I pressed the switch and it finally started working and quit blowing fuses. It'll still jam up now and then and a tap sets it free. No fuses blown since. I also sprayed some lithium grease in the hinge areas.
My drivers side quit working about a month ago, but I haven't got to dive into it yet. It's not blowing any fuses, and I can still hear it clicking when I press the switch, it just doesn't actually open the window. Any ideas?
