Cool Window motor?

HI I have a 99 f-150 ext. My power window on the driver side is keeps
blowing fuses I have trace the problem i thank back to the motor.
There are 4 relays in the fuse box the top one being door lights
2nd airbags 3rd driver side window relay and 4th passenger window.
If i try to operate the drivers side window i can hear the relay clicking
But the window does not move, it worked this morning but it don't now
and some times even when i don't touch anything the fuse just blows.
So I took the relay out for the drivers side and it quit blowing fuses.
Can a bad window motor do that?
I have had all kinds of trouble out of this truck...

Check the back of the fuse panel for corrosion. Sounds like you may have a small windshield leak.

Stupid Window

I just took the door panel off and i checked for 12 volts,
i was getting 12v to the plug on the motor. I hooked the
plug back to the window motor and took a amp reading in DCv
it was pulling about 20amps, so i thought the window motor
was bad. So i ohm-ed the power wire to ground on the motor
it did not read any thing. It seemed like the motor was in a bind
so i taped the moving window mechanism inside the door and it
worked, The window goes up and down with no problem now
Does any body know what would cause a window to get in a bind?
The window was all the way up when it happened.

Lack of regular lubrication as well as the presence of moisture can cause a bind....a harsh bump off road even..but Id almost bet lack of lubrication....I just had the dirver window on my 04 greased up when I took it to the dealer to find out why it was making a grinding noise...got it back after they lubed it and no more noise!
