I know there was posts on seat conversions but I would like to know what seats from what vehicles and years would fit my 1993 f250 xlt extended cab without doing much or any fabricating. I have a bench seat right now but would like either a center console or a flip down arm rest thanks for any input

Almost anything, with a bit of fabrication!

Oh. Not sure then.
I put leather Cadillac seats in mine. Had to fabricate a mount adaptor because none of the bolt holes were anywhere close.
The first mount adapter I made was a piece of plywood with two sets of holes in it. It worked surprisingly well, but probably wouldn't be ASE certified or anything...

I know that one of my 88 extended cab trucks came with two bucket seats and a flip-down middle seat; I ended up using the frame off that when I put new seats in mine, and then replaced the middle with a steel plate, cupholder etc.
Anything 73-97hd will interchange, either by bolting in, or swapping the lower frame as i remember it. All i really remember is SD seats arent bolt in, which is kinda what i want.
Extended cab and Bronco have a different floor pan than single cab and crew cab trucks. Since you have an extended cab, the captain chair seats from a 80-96 Ford Bronco or Supercab pickup will bolt in directly. In my opinion the 80-86 and 87-91 seats are far more comfortable than the 92-96 seats. Many people prefer the later style console though. Hope this helps.
If you have some scrap steel laying around and a drill press then making adapters are super easy. I am looking to do the same thing but finding decent seats has become the hard part! at least where I'm at. I think I've looked at every junk yard bronco and super cab in washington state and they are all the same if not in worse condition than the ones i have in my truck now.
'97 is a completely different truck, almost any seat can be made to fit, but direct swaps will be from '80 - '96/'97 HD as far as cab size is concerned. I installed '04 Explorer seats in mine. It should be pointed out there was a half day of metal fab for that install, not exactly "bolt in". But the seats are far superior and the driver's is electric. The yards around here had nothing for seats for the OBS or SD trucks. They have already been stripped, or more often, the seats were junk. The seats I removed form the 250 were better than almost anything at the yard, except for the Explorer chairs. I got lucky finding those in great condition.
Exploder seats? Didn't think about that great idea! I'm searching now
I installed a set of Explorer seats in my 79 Bronco. They came out of a 93 Eddie Bauer with power adjustable lumbar. There was very little fabrication needed. Much better than the old torn up, beat down originals.
Update I found decent bronco seats but they were not even close to the same bolt pattened I still made them fit because they tilt and slide all the way to the dash and it makes getting in the back a ton easier. The seats came from a 1990 bronco.
The tilt and slide feature is nice. I got around rear seat access by using both the stock passenger seat's fore/aft adjustment and the slider from the Explorer seat; the front of the bottom cushion slides right up to the glovebox. The backrest could tilt forward more, but it's better than it was stock, not quite as good as the way the Bronco seats work.
