I just installed a new wicked wheel on my factory 093 ats turbo, but my o ring on the cold side was a little stretched out when I went to re install it, it wouldn't fit down 100% flat in the groove.
What can I do, I put it back together the best I can, but don't have Time to get a new one, I ordered parts from Typ4 here on the forum, but like an idiot forgot to ask for one.
My question is, could I cut and glue it back smaller, is it really that essential of a part?

You can use rtv I suppose. An extremely tiny amount on the backing plate all the way towards the outside. Lowes caries an oring assortment by the way filters, some up to 5 inch I believe
