Surging while cold
hey guys having trouble with 2005 pure stock truck 80,000 miles. Started with turbo problems,no boost and seemed like sticking veins, not throttle response, so I cleaned turbo. Turbo did not seem that dirty. now I have surging while cold, like turbo is working though.the surging goes away at 190 temp. Runs like a champ when at 190 degrees. I checked ebp tube,it was not clogged.I tried unplugging ebp sensor and it runs great while cold. Well I thought oh ok need a new ebp. Well put the new one on and hooked it up and still surging till operating temps. Could it be vgt solenoid ?
