Well from the top from what I can see all is ok. I decided to take the oil pan off and clean it out to prevent this again possibly. Got that done found the rest of the roller there. Cam and bearings look ok from what I can see on the bottom. Oil pan back on. New lifter in place , I'm just going to chance it with stock rods because I'm doing this all with the block still installed in the truck and need to get it going asap. I decided not to take off the drivers side head because of the one I found on the passenger side and the thumping that came from the intake sounded only like one cylinder to me. Fingers crossed. Head is back on and hpop is reinstalled.....to be continued...
Got the new lpop gears in the mail today. Already installed, everything is back on except for a couple intake tubes, radiator and fan. I hope it just wasn't a bad form causing my no start.
Ok so my Syc does go to 1
Fmp. Is 46-48 key on engine off
Ipr is 14.8
ICP is only reading 8-1o while cranking. New sensor installed what's weird is that if I leave the ICP sensor unplugged I get a reading of 950-980

Sorry I'm late to this party.
With ICP unplugged the pcm runs a default setting, that's what you're seeing.
Do you have a mechanical gauge that you can put in place of the oil pressure switch to verify LPOP pressure? Knowing the screen was gone it may of wiped out the HPOP.
That ICP reading is normal with it unplugged. It defaults too am inferred value when unplugged.
I wished I could help on the lpo delivery to the filter housing. I'm sure your holding the drain back valve closed, so I won't ask. Did you pull the pull cooler? If so, filling it and all the rails takes a lot of oil. You can fill the oil cooler and the "V" in the block by pouring oil into the center of the oil filter base, but I think the housing had to be removed. It's been to long for me to remember if I had the housing on or not.
