Boost issue, or PCM re-learn?

Okay, everything is new. Even the PCM. I installed the new PCM, uploaded my gear head tune, and was absolutely thrilled. I'm still thrilled, but suddenly with ALOT more smoke. Nothing was changed. I just did an air test on the CAC system, and while there is a steady bleed-off, (There's always going to be some, valves open, etc.) it's no worse than it was before. It's just that now, I'm rolling coal big-time. Rolling at 40 MPH, I can floor it, and a big cloud rolls out. It doesn't last long and cleans up quick, but it's just more smoke than I want. Did the PCM finish a re-learn cycle, or am I just being picky?

I can keep it from rolling coal with a little throttle control, I'm just curious.

My tune is Full Fuel. The rest of my build is in my sig.

Time to clean the turbo is what it sounds like.

Turbo was just put together. (KC Stage II Roll-your-own) Update, the air pressure seems to be leaking back through the turbo drain pipe. I was getting just a touch of air through the PCV, and when I plugged it with my finger, I heard a gurgling sound.

I just ran it down the road and back, and according to Torque Pro, I maxxed out at either 24 or 29 PSI. (Red arrow pointing at 24, and yellow arrow pointing at -29.) I feel like there was more there, but I was running into wheel spin issues, and once she breaks loose, she's a handful. For a similar reason, my Glow-Shift boost gauge is all but useless. When I'm most interested to know what the boost level is, also happens to be the point in time where I most need to be focused on the road.

Is this the first time you run it with all the mods
And it smoked hard

Or have you run the exact setup before with less smoke

No, I had the same set up before. It may not really be that much more smoke, just seems like it.

Your boost gauge shouldn't go that negative in Torque. Try setting up data logging and run around a bit with the logging on. I'd keep it simple and do like RPM and boost and maybe fuel pulse just for grins...
