Anyone have a set of these mirrors laying around or know where I can get them? I believe they are style 4 mirrors.
Oh man, I haven't thought about those mirrors in a long time. I remember they are a Econoline part number. 68/74 body style. I can't look up the part numbers until I get home. I think they were sold painted or chrome. From memory I think one was C8UZ17682A (rh) and C8UZ17682B (lh) and the other was C8UZ17696A and B. I can also tell you there was a Chrysler part number on them also. Prolly for the Dodge vans. WAYYYY back when I was working at Earnhardt Ford, Tex bought out Dana Brothers Dodge. While the Dodge building was being built next door to us they brought all the Chrysler parts over to our Ford parts department. So I saw a lot of Chrysler parts. The Chrysler version of this (C8UZ?) Ford Econoline mirror looked exactly like ours. The only difference was the stud and hole that mounted the mirror head was larger on the Chrysler version. So you might check out the local PNP for old Econolines and Dodge vans. Or call the listing below and have them eyeball them to make sure I am remembering them correctly. They are showing both C8UZ17682A and C8UZ17682B.
