Interior trim panel help

Interior trim panel help
I need to know what a piece of interior trim is called. I have searched various internet parts suppliers and can't find it. It is the plastic trim, passenger side, foot area. It runs from the dash to the floor on the interior door jamb. The fuse access panel locks into it along the front edge.
