Looking for some help, I was recently attempting to wrap the wooden trim pieces (plain tan/grey on non lariat models) and made a mistake. I assumed they popped off similar to every other trim piece on the interior of the truck, and I was wrong. I broke the piece off, and was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a new one, considering it’s not technically a “part” as it’s considered part of the panel itself.
Also, if you know of any custom interior fabricators, please point me towards their website. Thanks!
The "elbow" pad that is wood in your picture has little plastic tabs off it and then are heated over to form a head that keeps it attached to the door panel. When I did my door panels i simply drilled off the melted head and then used a course screw in each tab to reattach it to my door panel. Been over ten years and they haven't let go or moved

Thats a fantastic idea I’ll give it a shot and check back, thanks for the suggestion
What year/trim level is your truck? Your panels are contoured differently than my '01 XLT. I like them much better!
B&I, RVINYL,Remin and (I believe) Sherwood make pieces that cover the original panels in their "wood" dash kits.
My truck is a Lariat 2003 4x4 with the 7.3, I thought that piece was the same on all the trucks just “wood” on the Lariat. Didn’t know there were different ones, have any pictures?
It may just be the finish and camera angle, but it appears that the convex portion of the panel above the arm rest is deeper than mine. I swiped this photo from Crutchfield's site, but it is exactly the same as mine,

Oops, meant to reply to this inquiry too... Your best bet might be to find a custom audio shop in your area. If they don't have someone who can do what you want, then maybe they can refer you to a shop that can.
