Liftgate Interior Trim Removal

What is the trick to removing the interior trim panel off of the rear liftgate? I don't want to bust the tabs but I need the panel off to run some wiring for a back up camera.

Does anyone know the tricks of the trade? I don't want to ruin the panel but I know it can come off.

Thanks in advance,

st381
