So are you lowering your truck since you get shorter fatter tires instead of taller beefier ones?
I just want to level out my truck. Right now its got 31s on it. I am hoping springs are all I need to level it out.
yeah, i already put 3 inch lowering shackles in the rear to level out. Truck had about the same height tires and looked alright, but they were too skinny. sucked inside the fenders
Well I made it to New York yesterday evening. It took almost 18 hours on the road straight thru drive. Helping mom in law getting stuff unloaded and unpacked around here and then flying back to gods country tomorrow AM. I think I have driven well over 2 thousand miles in the past week.
Well, I was almost killed at work again. Yesturday. That 3500 was on the lift, I was under it. And the ****ing thing fell.
Find out the lock jaw on the rear post arm was broken, and when it went up, it just slid out from under the truck. Frame was not bolted to the body besides 2 bolts in the front core support. Frame and body came down, body got caught on the lift, and the frame was left hanging. I was under it 5 seconds before it happened.

You better go right now, and buy a lottery ticket. Glad you're okay, hate when I have to buy flowers.

yup, you aint kidding. It looked so bad on the lift too. My boss was happy I was able to tell him the next morning, and glad the damage wasnt worse. From the look of it if yall had seen it, yall would have **** your pants. I just stood their and watched in disbelief since Ive been doing this my whole life. Happened when everyone was gone too, they would have found me in the morning or late that night.
The thing that kills me though.
Both bosses are brothers.
The boss I told this morning, who was on the tv (if yall watched) was shocked and in disbelief, but counting the blessings.
the other boss, was worried about pointing fingers, blaming me, saying this and that. Even though he is a moron, and doesnt know a wrench from a phillips head screw driver.
I have been catching up on past due chores around the house since the last 2 weeks have been crazy. It took me 5 hours just to mow the grass tuesday and I installed a new head unit in the daughter's mustang yesterday.
Wife blew a tire on the utility trailer when she was in Florida, It bent up the fender and destroyed the taillight assembly so I have to fix the fender and putting new LED lights on it.
