Need help 360 intake

Need help 360 intake
I have a 360 with two barrel I just got a intake off of a 390 with a 4 barrel so I can run it on my truck but it looks like there is a port not being covered by the intake when it's on my block does anyone know if it matters or not

I have a feeling you've got a manifold from a 391 FT, not an FE.
A FT manifold will bolt to the FE engines but the exhaust crossover passage won't line up.
No, I wouldn't run it like that. That will let the exhaust pressurize the crankcase.
