I don't have any numbers, but I have noticed that I get better mileage if I turn off the cruise control. The cruise control will slow you down when going downhill and will have to apply a lot more pedal to get back up to speed going up a hill. Without cruise, I'll let the speed creep up going down hill and let it drop a bit going up the hill to avoid using too much fuel. It makes a difference. That said, I sure like when I can take my foot off the pedal and squirm around on a long trip.
FYI, if you set your cruise speed and then shift the transmission into M it won't downshift to retard your speed downhills. I never liked the downshifting on down hills either and this is how I avoid that. Most of the time I set my cruise at 62mph for 2 lane highways, shift to M, and roll along in 5th gear. On interstates I run at 72 in 6th gear.

Interesting, I'll have to try that, but won't you burn more fuel since your RPM's will be higher?
Jayco won't even honor the 2yr warranty to a non-original owner, don't see why they'd do lifetime.
Sadly you are right. They forgot to install the blinds in the short walkway window, across from the bathroom door. Other units had and I requested it be fixed, Jayco DENIED the claim stating it was in year design change. Then I sent pics of the other units, same make, model and year, they they just flat denied the claim in spite of it being only $60 bucks to buy the window shade. We bought it and paid for it ourselves and a brand new unit.
