Made a few lighting changes. Slowly but surely getting to where I want to be.

Looks real good Dave! I like the look of how the lights blend in with the black.

Looks good! What filter setup is that? Looks like a fancy 6637 setup.

The running boards maybe sell and buy some black ones. Black ones should be cheaper then chrome ones so you might come out even depending on what boards you get. The grille you could maybe do the same or see if you could find a guy that has a painted grille you trade your chrome one for and then paint his black if it isn't already. Be the best long term wise. Anything painted over the chrome will eventually flake off.
It's a filter for a Chevy 6.5L they had at walmart for $20. Napa wanted $60ish for the 6637 and it was special order, so I whipped up an adapter for the more common option to buy some time for me to decide if I want to do the S&B or the AIS.
My cover was missing the corner by the firewall and had a duct tape replacement when I bought the truck. That needed to go, so I made this. The turbo's as clean as anyone else's for the mileage with no damage to the fins, and the filter that came out is awful looking (dirty) - the duct tape didn't do a horrible job from the looks of it, but that's just not how I roll.

Gotcha! Yeah Napa wants way to much for that filter. If you shop around online you can usually find it for around 30 bucks or even less sometimes.
